Your blood tests.
Your training. Your life.
Finally in one story.

FlexHealth turns the health data you already have - lab results, workouts, meals and daily notes - into plain-language understanding using AI. No wearable to buy. No lab you’re locked into. Tracking that keeps working when the signal doesn’t.

The Problem

You get a page of numbers. Then nothing.

Preventive health tech was built for a world of $400 wearables, subscription lab panels and always-on connectivity. For most people, that world doesn’t exist - and the gap keeps growing.

Results without meaning

Lab results arrive as a printed sheet of values and reference ranges. Unless something is flagged in red, most people file it away and never look at it again.

Ten minutes, once a year

A consultation is short and expensive. There isn’t time to walk through how last year’s numbers compare to this year’s, or what changed in between.

Nothing connects

Your training lives in one app, your food in another, your labs in a drawer. Nobody joins them up - and that’s exactly where the answers are.

How It Works

Log what you already have. Let the AI join the dots.

No new hardware, no new lab account, no clinical jargon to learn. FlexHealth works with the data you can already get your hands on.

1

Capture it

Enter blood test results from any lab, log workouts in your own words, track meals, body measurements and a short daily journal. On the web or on your phone.

2

Understand it

AI reads your results and explains them in plain language - what’s outside the reference range, what it typically means, and how it has moved since last time.

3

Connect it

Pick a blood test, a month of training and your journal entries, and get one analysis across all of them. This is the part no other tracker does.

Signature Feature

Log a workout the way you’d text a friend

Most apps make you tap through set-by-set forms. FlexHealth reads plain text and turns it into structured, chartable data - every set, rep and load.

You type
Bench Press 4x (8/6/8/6) @ 75-80kg
Squat 5x5 @ 100kg
Pull-ups 4x (10/8/8/6)
OHP 60lbs 3x8
FlexHealth records
Bench Press4 sets · 8/6/8/6 reps · 75-80 kg
Squat5 sets · 5 reps · 100 kg
Pull-ups4 sets · 10/8/8/6 reps · bodyweight
Overhead Press3 sets · 8 reps · 60 lbs

Every set feeds your progress charts automatically - so you can see whether your training is actually moving.

Features

Built around what actually moves your health

Everything below is live in FlexHealth today - on the web app and the Android app.

Blood Test Intelligence

Log results from any lab, any provider. Out-of-range markers are flagged and explained in plain language, and every marker gets a trend line across all your tests.

Workouts & Routines

Free-text workout logging, reusable routines, live session tracking, and per-exercise progress charts across every set you’ve ever recorded.

Cross-Domain Timeline

Select a blood test, a stretch of training and a few journal entries, and get a single AI analysis across all of them. Save it as a checkpoint to compare later.

Food Diary

Log meals with calories and macros, set daily targets, and review your week at a glance with nutrition trends over time.

Body Measurements

Track weight, body fat and thirteen measurement sites - waist, hips, chest, neck, shoulders, arms and legs - charted over months so slow change becomes visible.

Journal

A short daily note on how you actually felt. It sounds soft, but it’s the piece that gives the AI the context numbers alone can never carry.

FlexHealth is a personal wellness tool - not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. AI-generated explanations are for your understanding only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

Your History

Bring the data you already have

Starting a health app usually means starting from zero. It should not. FlexHealth imports what you have already logged elsewhere, so your history arrives with you instead of being stranded in an app you have stopped using.

Food from MyFitnessPal

Every meal, every food, with the full macro and micronutrient detail already attached. Portions and calories arrive exactly as you logged them.

Training from RYSE

Sessions, exercises and every individual set. Units are converted properly on the way in, so a lift logged in pounds does not arrive as a wildly heavier one in kilos. More sources follow as people ask for them.

You see it before it saves

Every import previews first: what will be created, which days you already have, and what to skip. Nothing is written until you say so.

Import is deliberately easy because lock-in is not a feature. And the same principle runs the other way: full data export is on the roadmap, because if FlexHealth ever stops being the right tool for you, your data should leave as easily as it arrived.

Why FlexHealth

The AI Layer

Your data, your model, your key

FlexHealth doesn’t lock you into one AI vendor. Choose your provider, bring your own API key, and keep control of where your health data is sent.

Google Gemini

Our primary provider. Powers blood test evaluation, workout analysis and cross-domain timeline reasoning.

GitHub Copilot

Supported as an alternative provider if it’s already part of your toolchain.

ChatGPT

Also supported. Switch providers at any time from your profile settings.

The Receipts

This is the founder’s own data

Twenty-one months of lab results and a summer of body measurements - all logged in FlexHealth, all charted by FlexHealth. On the blood work, red points sit outside the reference range and green points sit inside it; the lab values themselves are held back, but the shape is the whole point.

Triglycerides over time: flat and out of range through the first year, then falling below the reference line and staying green.
Triglycerides
Cholesterol to HDL ratio over time: three out-of-range readings falling to two in-range readings.
Cholesterol : HDL ratio
Gamma GT over time: out-of-range readings dropping below the reference line.
Gamma GT
Total cholesterol over time: a steep fall from out of range to in range, staying green.
Total cholesterol
Weight, waist and hips charted together over three months, all trending downward.
Weight, waist and hips - three metrics, three units, one chart

Look at the triglyceride chart first. The line barely moves across the first year - that was a year of trying, without tracking anything. The drop begins in the period that was actually logged: blood work, training, food and daily notes, all in one place.

The body measurement chart is the same story at a different resolution. Those points are individual weigh-ins, a few days apart, over a single season - which is really a picture of what consistent logging looks like once it becomes a habit.

One person’s results over 21 months, shown to illustrate what the product records - not a claim about what it will do for anyone else. FlexHealth is a tracking and understanding tool, not a treatment, and nothing here is medical advice.

Weekly nutrition trend chart, average calories per logged day against maintenance and target lines
Twelve weeks of eating against maintenance. Averages are per logged day, so a lightly logged week is not mistaken for a crash diet.

A blood test tells you where you are. Your training, your food and your own words tell you how you got there. Put them together and you stop guessing about your own body.

Where We Are

Early, and honest about it

FlexHealth isn’t a concept deck. It’s a working product - built by someone who needed it, and used every day since.

Live today

Web application and Android app, both in daily use. Blood tests, workouts, routines, food diary, body measurements, journal and AI analysis all shipped and working.

Built by user #1

FlexHealth was built to manage its founder’s own health - logging blood work, training and daily notes, then using AI to connect them. Every feature exists because a real wall was hit, not because a roadmap said so.

Opening up now

We’re opening a small private beta. It’s free, you’ll get direct access to the founder, and your feedback will genuinely shape what gets built next.

What’s next

Photograph a printed lab report and have the markers extracted automatically. An on-device AI coach that needs no connectivity at all. Voice logging in more African languages.

Understand your own health

The private beta is free, there’s no credit card, and you don’t need to buy a single piece of hardware. There’s no sign-up form either - drop me a line and we’ll chat.
